...whAt's thE cOnneCtiOn??...

IT defines as software and hardware and peopleware, HRM defines as managing HUMAN RESOURCES. In such case they are similar to a certain review, PEOPLE.

Hmmmm,infact its really an amusement to me why does an HRM is part of our curriculum. That IT/CS is just only doing some software and applying software to a certain organization. Even our HR manager in the company were conducting asked us why do we have to study HRM and how come it is related in our course.

On the other hand,after the first gospel*(reporter) have discussed about the overview of HR,thats the only time it clearly stated the relationship about our course in HRM.

HRM relates in IT because it simply means they deal with people. They must understand the impact of people in a certain organization. At the same time,right after graduation,we first face an HR manager. He/she conducts the interview and some other prospect on applying a job. As also implies some factors and knowledge of how to become a good employee,their benifits and rights. At the same time, what would bring us to become a good professionals, soon. That ofcourse, we are part of the human resources they're being taken good care of.

at first i have questioned also its relations however, in the course of study iv realyzed that technology application in organization is necessary more esp in dealing with the management of its human resources.

i too, at first was baffled by why HRM was included in our course yet later on as we advanced in the classes I found out that it is indeed important for us to know it because in the future we will be a part of it.
